Favorite Character?

Okay, who is your favorite character from the franchise? And why? (if the character you want isn't on the poll, post below. I didn't have enough room)

My personal favorite is Ian Malcolm. Who else could make a wiseass comment facing imminent death? And the whole "life finds a way" thing pretty much defined the franchise.

Mine is a close tie. I prefer Alan Grant over any others for many reasons. But John Hammond just somehow makes the franchise so much better. He has wise sayings and much more. So my answer will be John Hammond.

Yeah, I couldn't decide between Grant and Malcolm myself. I mean, Grant doesn't just sit there while a dinosaur is trying to eat him. He KICKS it! Epicly badass! But Malcolm's character is a bit more developed. I mean, Grant seems vaugely generic in some ways. Doesn't really have any outstanding character traits.

I'd have to say, without a doubt, Robert Muldoon. He's just plain awesome.

VELOCIRAPTOR!!!!

From jp how it should have ended....it can talk.

and in the movies, Velociraptor is fun. It is a character, animal or not, since it does have a "personality".
It really wants to kill people, and in JP3, the velo just wanted her eggs. So, they DO have personalities. In JP1,
the two velos in the kitchen were "fighting". So yea.

I probably like Alan the best, but Malcolm, Muldoon, Hammond, Ellie and Roland are all epic Very Happy

All the characters are great. It's really hard for me to decide, but I'd have to go with these as my top 5:

5 - Dennis Nedry
4 - Robert Muldoon
3- John Hammond
2 - Alan Grant
1 - Ian Malcolm
0 - The "Six Foot Turkey" Kid Razz

Dodgson too-although he had a small role in the first movie I think Cameron Thor did an excellent job of having someone who appears to be cool and guarded but upon closer inspection is very intense.
