No she is the age she is, but there is a photo of Lockwoods daughter with Iris that Maisie sees, which is obviously her at the same age, but not her if that makes sense. Thats kinda the first hint that something is up with her.

If it makes sense, Hammond died 20 years ago, which means that the daughter died 20+ years ago. And Maisie is 10.
