Don't get me wrong, there are people who do like it.
But the fact remains that most of the thousands of reviews on Youtube, Twitter, Reddit and IMDB are negative.
The critic score at Rotten Tomatoes is at 33%. The only reason why the audience score is high is because the movie premiered only 1 or 2 days ago (depending on country).
Many fans/people have not seen it yet. Give it a week and you will see th audience score on Rotten Tomatoes slowly go down.

I saw the movie on 9th June in Sweden. Our cinema has Dolby Atmos and the sound was really thundering many times. I thought the movie was fine but of course not as good as the first one from 1993.
The pacing was strange at times and the Malta segment felt alot like Mission Impossible but with dinosaurs here and there. It was cool action but still

By the way, Rotten Tomatoes score is now down from 81 to 79.
