You know, some CGI impress me way more than pratical effects.    

I have a lot of respect for visual effects people, it's not easy to make good impressive CGI and even more to impress the lame CGI hate trendy GA we have today. Major props for the VFX people. Just take the new Planet of the Apes movie, that is the proof CGI can do a lot of amazing stuff that NO other pratical effect can.

CGI is the future.

Yea i also think that all those puppets that we have been seeing, will just be in the distance/background or maybe just replaced with cgi. Has an actual animatronic been leaked? because everything that i have seen so far just seems like a puppet.

No, I don't think so.

I'm guessing they'll use them in scenes where neither CG or animatronics are practical. Perhaps they'll be in trailers or in the backgrounds of wide shots where we couldn't/wouldn't see them move anyways.

Quite a few of those things we can't discuss are coming together.

kinda hard to see claire in those pics. But i guess that is our first look at her costume. Seems like Owen will just have that blue shirt on, i hope he brings back the vest from jw or something similar to it.

Owen's outfit is simple and not criative. I fear for the other characters.

The JP3 Spino was at Sorna anyway. Besides, instead of seeing a T. rex fight something, I want to see a pair of male Triceratops fight to see who's the alpha male. A Stegosaurus fighting a Ceratosaurus. Something different yet old school.

Don´t worry I am not excited at all. Ever since I saw that everything seems to point out that this will be yet another sequel that plays it very safe by only having connections to the original Jurassic Park while avoiding most things The Lost World and Jurassic Park 3 related, I said to myself... Well...there goes almost any chance of a Spinosaurus showing up in Jurassic World 2.

I however have to ask...There are still a few more weeks of principal photography, and Bryce Dallas Howard said there were plenty of re writes in the script...

That in addition to the fact that if a Spinosaurus were to appear and have some action in the movie it would most likely be done in CGI right?

So maybe that´s why no one has seen anything Spino? If it has some action it would be very little and all CGI?

(I am just asking out of curiosity, I fully recognize that the possibilities of a Spino showing up are very very very small).

By the way, hope Rexy doesn't fight any herbivore, bc we know how that will end and I'm tired of seeing herbivores die when they clearly can do a lot of damage. You don't dare make a Triceratops loose to a T.rex, you just don't.

i decided to watch the live stream. It would seem that fallen kingdom is a little mix of the first two movies with some big twists. All these teases are giving me goosebumps, especially him mentioning seeing parts of jurassic park that we have not seen before.

Don't really like the idea of dinosaur "fight scenes" being a major selling point of the film. These things aren't Pokemon.

Also, not overly interested in seeing Rexy fight something else. Leave the old girl alone! Hasn't she been through enough? Just let her nom some people and call it a day. Don't let her get randomly killed off in a random fight scene.

edit: Also, a skeleton of one of the billion Apatosaurs the Indominus was somehow able to murder.

Two things. First when they say there is going to be a fight I think it's going to be between an animal you and I have already talked about and I think I might know who's on the other end of the fight. (PM me if you're not picking up what I'm putting down). 

and I agree Rexy needs to go back to being just a regular animal, no more Godzilla esq scenes lol.
