Return of the Jedi has always been my favorite. Never had a problem with the Ewoks.

Other than that I like the other five more or less the same, it may swing back and forth depending on my mood but I without a doubt like the other five.

Sorry, to me there are only 6 Star Wars films. The ones George Lucas made.
