Bio: One of the largest carnivorous dinosaurs, it is also one of the most famous. It is very large and was solitary. It has 2 very powerful hind legs. Scientists cannot decide on what the two extremely small arms were for. There is evidence that it was both a predator and a scavenger.
Roles in Jurassic Park: Usually portayed as the antagonist of the series. In the movies, it is known for the disablility to see you if you make no noises and no movement. It can make up for this with its keen sense of smell. In Jurassic Park 3, it is killed in a territorial battle with Spinosaurus.
