When browsing my profile, I saw there was two stats: Thanks given and Thanks received. How does this work?

I get that, but how does it work? You just say 'thanks' to somebody via PM or their profile page?

No it's a setting I have to enable on the board. It should appear near the quote and edit button once it is enabled.

I see the + and - buttons but I haven't seen the Thanks button since I signed in here. Not unless they are the Thanks buttons.
