Note 1: Don't really have a count of fishermen who have gone missing, Carlos heard "stories of fishermen who came too close to the island and never returned", meaning at least two or more fishermen have gone missing (if the stories are true). But there is no given exact number.
Note 2: Officially, 17 hunters (including Ajay) are seen in the long grass. 8 hunters confirmed killed (5 unnamed, the "Screaming Hunter", Ajay, and another off-screen unnamed hunter screams and is cut off), but no hunters are seen with Peter Ludlow and Roland when the rescue team comes.
Throughout the movie, the size of the InGen team actually fluctuates. I noted roughly 31 different extras who portrayed hunters (give or take, there is a small possibility some may have been double-counted.), this number does not include Roland, Ajay, Ludlow, Dieter, Carter, or Burke.
Some extras only appear in the Trek sequences, or the "When did you last see him?" scene. Others disappear only to reappear in later scenes. Some actually disappear after the T. rex chase, and are not seen in the long grass scene. (Notable hunters who disappear after the T. rex chase are Roland and Ludlow's driver (The actor was also "El Scorpio" in Predator 2, so you'll recognize him), and Burke's partner. A hunter with a ponytail who is seen in the Long Grass, is first seen when Ludlow is giving the presentation to the InGen Board. He disappears from the film until the long grass where he rushes past Ajay.)
Note 3: The InGen Guards and the Harbor Mastor inside the building, disappear from the movie after the Venture crashes, the only people who appear afterwards are Berner and Peter Ludlow. Peter Ludlow stepped outside, and Berner is among the guards investigating the Venture.
Note 4: Typical cargo vessels have a crew of 20-25 (regardless of size), though this depends on the vessel's minimum safe manning, and the cargo. This also presumes that no additional personnel were on board.
The following link gives some info on the Triton Explorer (at the time, known as the American Salvor), which served as the model for the full size SS Venture set:

The following is an image of the ship back in 2009, when it was known as the Premier Explorer.

Nothing noted about MSM.
Jurassic Park III-
* Enrique Cardoso- Unknown-ish
* Enrique's driver- Unknown-ish
* Ben Hildebrand- Parasailing accident
* Cooper- Spinosaurus
* M.B. Nash- Spinosaurus
* Udesky- Velociraptor
* Aviary victim- Pteranodon
Note: For Enrique Cardoso and his driver, arguments can be made for either the TLW Pteranodons (debatable, we don't know much about their behaviors), Geosternbergia (also debatable, not even sure if they still existed by 2001), or Spinosaurus (probable. Capable of swimming, and the coast where Eric and Ben were parasailing by is (according to the Isla Sorna map on Jurassic-Pedia), near the airstrip which the Spinosaurus is first encountered. The JP III Pteranodons do not leave the aviary until they escape after Amanda fails to properly lock the door, so it was definitely not them. Pteranodons have been shown on four various occasions of fleeing containment when able to do so (JP III, JPTG, JW, and JWFK).
No marine reptiles were on/around Sorna, and only two genera of Pterosaurs existed on the island.
