Kenpchiro Satsuma, the man who played Godzilla in the Heisei era, and started out playing Gigan and Hedorah in the Showa era, has died at the age of 76.

Thanks for all the memories, Satsuma.

Godzilla & Kong: The New Empire has made $194 million dollars on its opening weekend.

Considering how this costs $135 million to make, this will be profitable quite fast.

While I am happy that this is doing well, and how the Godzillaverse is doing good too, I can't help but be a bit causious if Legendary is starting to play things a bit too safe. I'm all for making it for kids, but making stuff for kids doesn't mean that it doesn't have to be serious. Look at Batman: The Animated Series, Dragon Ball Z, SWAT Kats, Beast Wars, etc.
