I know there are couple of other general movie threads on this sub forum too but since this was more specific issue and possibly gets more replies this way, I made it separate.
So what are your actual favorite films? Do you have pre determined lists if someone asks? I do!
My all time top 10:
01) Jurassic Park (1993 USA)
02) The Wizard of Oz (1939 USA)
03) Lost in Translation (2003 USA-JAP)
04) Black Swan (2010 USA)
05) Eyes Wide Shut (1999 UK-USA)
06) Aliens (1986 USA-UK)
07) Jaws (1975 USA)
08) Heathers (1988 USA)
09) The Land Before Time (1988 USA-IRE)
10) The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra (2001 USA)
And also my top 20-30, however I often switch places between these so the positioning below is not reliable as it in top 10 which almost never moves anywhere. I still give every one of these 10/10 for various reasons, whereas almost anything below 30 gets 9/10 or as it goes along 8/10. But I don't think I'm going to give you 30-50 or below even though I have them listed, because they jump around even more there to whatever mood I have, and also you're probably bored looking at these lists already

But anyway:
11) Girl Interrupted (1999 USA)
12) Kiki's Delivery Service (1989 JAP)
13) Return to Oz (1985 USA-UK)
14) Dark City (1998 AUS-USA)
15) The Terminator (1984 USA)
16) Galaxy Quest (1999 USA)
17) Vixen! (1968 USA)
18) My Brother Tom (2001 UK)
19) It's a Wonderful Life (1946 USA)
20) Aguirre the Wrath of God (1972 GER)
21) A Fish Called Wanda (1988 UK-USA)
22) Little Women (1994 USA-CAN)
23) Blair Witch Project (1999 USA)
24) Aladdin (1992 USA)
25) The Empire Strikes Back (1980 USA)
26) Batman (1989 USA)
27) The Evil Dead (1981 USA)
28) This is Spinal Tap (1984 USA)
29) The Burbs (1989 USA)
30) Hot Fuzz (2007 UK-FRA-USA)
Finally I'll give you a separate rundown of movies I think have been the best so far this decade (2010-201X)
ONGOING
01) Black Swan (2010) 10/10
02) Turbo Kid (2015) 9/10
03) Melancholia (2011) 9/10
04) The Grey (2011) 9/10
05) Moonrise Kingdom (2012) 9/10
06) The Garden of Words (2013) 9/10
07) Coherence (2014) 9/10
08) Kill the Irishman (2011) 9/10
09) Time Lapse (2014) 9/10
10) The Iceman (2012) 9/10
2016 wasn't really good enough to warrant anything into it, although I only have seen only handful of films from that year. But anyway I watched Melancholia only couple of weeks ago in Christmas and it was amazing, thought provoking enough to have it so far in order of this decade.
