Think Eddie Carr but this time a T Rex and a Carno

We start by seeing the submarine trying to retrieve Indominus material. The submarine gets destroyed by the Mosa and they basically leave the gate to its enclosure open so that it leaves JW. We then see the Malcolm monologue and he suggests to let the dinosaurs go extinct again. The decision is then made to let them die, but Benjamin Lockwood calls Claire because he has created a sanctuary for dinosaurs and he wants the dinosaurs to be taken there. Claire recruits Owen and they go to Nublar. Owen tracks down Blue but she gets shot as seen in the third trailer. Owen freaks out and gets tranqed by Wheatley and he leaves him to die. Meanwhile Claire and Franklin get locked into a bunker by the other poachers, but Franklin manages to open another gate...through which the Baryonyx comes in. But they escape and meet Owen who barely made it away from the lava as Mt Sibo is about to explode. The stampede scene from the first trailer happens (run, run!) and they all barely make it out of the Gyrosphere and the ocean (we see a swimming Rex which is pretty amazing!). They realize they were cheated and that the baddies only needed Claire and Owen to get access to the Park's administrative functions through Claire's fingerprints and to track down Blue. The 3 make it onto the leaving ship (Zia stayed with the poachers in order to save Blue). They hide on the ship and encounter Zia and Blue. Zia needs blood for Blue so they decide to take it from the Rex. The scene with the tranqed Rex opening his eyes happens. The ship arrives at Lockwood Manor but Franklin gets "caught" and has to work on the ship. They get the animals into Lockwood Manor but Claire and Owen also get caught. Maisie (Lockwood's granddaughter/daughter) overhears Wu and Eli Mills discussing the auction and informs Benjamin. Lockwood is angry at Eli for cheating him and getting the dinosaurs in for an auction rather than for preservation. He wants Eli to call the police but Eli kills Lockwood instead. (Lockwood had given Eli free reign over Lockwood's estate and all). The auction takes place and many dinos get sold. Claire and Owen are encarcerated but make it out by angering the Stygi in the adjacent cell who breaks the wall and the cell. They meet Maisie who found her dead gramps and is terrified. They decide to take her with them and they watch the auction together. They show the Indoraptor and people bid 28 million for it and it gets sold, which infuriates Wu because it is only a prototype and the newer generations need to have Blue as a mother figure first in order to learn empathy and stuff. He also fears other people will steal the Indo DNA and make their own Indos. Owen realizes the Indo mustn't leave the manor and chaos ensues when he sets the Stygi free in the auction hall. He takes down like 10 mercenaries and stops the Indo's cage from leaving the place. The people and bad boys leave. Wheatley wishes to get his bonus from Eli for catching Blue. He finds the Indo in his cage and tranqs it. He wants to collect a tooth from him, the same thing he did with all dinos on Nublar. He leaves the cage door open but the Indo trapped him and bites his arm off. The scene is pretty brutal! The Indo then leaves the cage and chaos ensues. They evacuate the manor but leave the dinos behind in their cages. Through an accident gas is set free and threatens the remaining dinos. The Indo wreaks havoc (most scenes were seen in trailers already, sorry). It quickly dies after Blue (set free by Zia because some mercs wanted to get her because they need her for the new breed of Indos) attacks it and it dies by crashing through the glass ceiling and getting impaled by the Triceratops skull. Owen, Claire and Maisie meet Eli once again and he informs them that Maisie is a genetic clone of Lockwood's daughter who had died in a car accident. The dinosaurs are still trapped and dying due to the gas. Claire wants to save them by releasing them into the wild but Owen warns her that there will be no turning back once it is done. Claire decides to let them die but Maisie opens the gate, claiming that they are living beings just like she is. The dinos break loose and Eli hides under a truck. We see the Carno approaching him, but it is the Rex who kills him. His death is very reminiscent of Eddie's, the Rex rips him apart and the Carno tries to get a piece of him but is quickly scared away by Rexy. The dinos are free. Owen wants Blue to come with him but she runs off into the forest. We hear Malcolm again who warns us about the situation. Now he welcomes us to a real Jurassic World as we see the Mosa attacking surfers, the Rex meeting a lion and Blue standing on a mountain close to a city. Owen and Claire take Maisie with them and a shot of Blue standing on the mountain cuts to the credits. In an after credits scene we see Pteranodons landing in Las Vegas.

a certain dude with lines like "clever girl" is actually still alive, purposly hiding, mowgli-ing and tarzan-ing his way through the uncharted part of Nublar.
