This is the place to come to talk about video games! Whether it's what you're playing, recent news, your gaming videos, whatever! Anything video games can be posted here (unless they fit better in the Jurassic Arcade section)!

Game: Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Platform: Wii. Maybe some others too, I'm not sure. Genre: Um...Adventure? Info: A really epic game. You play as an adorable ef/human charcter called Link. Your task is to battle and puzzle your way through different locations to find Link's best friend Zelda. (who BTW is really obnoxious)

Game: The Binding of Isaac Platform: PC/MAC Genre: Roguelike... or similar anyway Info: Basically you play as Isaac, who is being hunted by his psychopathic christian mother, and is chased down into the basement, where he has to go through room after room of disturbing and hungry monsters. It's very f*cked up.

Instead of just posting what we're playing, can we make this all purpose, for news and such?

I downloaded the 2000 aerial combat game Crimson Skies with a patch. I love this game. Wish I could use my joystick, but other then that, it's a great game.

I bought Doom today. Haven't played it but I've seen a lot of gameplay and can't wait to dive in.

So, Playstation Neo was just announced. How do people feel about it and the Xbox Scorpio?

If it means there will eventually be Neo/Scorpio exclusive games? than both companies can screw right off with this crap. Nintendo has already done this with the New 3DS....
EDIT: They claim they won't, so I'll reserve judgement for now, but the minute it does happen....

I know Sony is claiming there won't be exclusives which I won't question but it's hard for me to believe that some games won't have content edited or cut out due to the new hardware. At the first hint of that happening I'll just replay all of my old PS4 and PS3 games and wait for PS5 or something.

The PS4 came out a year or so ago and they're making plans for PS5 ALREADY? I get that technology is changing all the time but even so...At this rate it will chance so fast, they might risk changing themselves to extinction since people won't be able to keep up with all the change.

Well I feel like eventually there will be games exclusive to those platforms, but by that time hopefully it'll be 4-5 years and it'll basically be the same time frame as buying a next gen console anyway(if you catch my drift).
Also EA holds their press conference today around 4 pm eastern I believe for anyone who is interested. We can expect to see battlefield 1 and titanfall 2 and I'm pretty stoked

I don't know how anyone could be stoked for Titanfall 2, lol.

To be fair, if Titanfall 2 looks like a vast improvement, it could turn out well.
Road to E3 guys, everybody ready?!
EDIT: Also, Troya, I'm happier now, as I told you I'd be gone all day the 14th and would miss the press conferences that day. Turns out, most of them are tomorrow on the 13th, and the only one on Tuesday is Nintendo, which is a pre-recorded direct anyway, so I can catch up later on it.

There's one confirmed thing I am excited for today: Battlefield 1.
There's one unconfirmed thing I am excited for today: Skyrim Remastered (with mod support).
Today and tomorrow are gonna be a blast with all of the E3 stuff.
Titanfall wasn't that bad, it just lacked the depth it needed, and if Titanfall can provide that depth, then it's sure to be a fun game.

It Looks Like Crash Might Be Coming Back, But Maybe Not How You Wanted
Quote :
For a while now, there has been a good amount of chatter regarding the return of the Crash Bandicoot franchise. Now, it looks like the jorts-wearing character is indeed coming back, but perhaps not in the way you would have wanted.
The Skylanders Imaginators website was reportedly updated today with a tab for "Crash." This nonoperational tab, which was apparently posted on Skylanders international websites, has since vanished, but not before Twitter's SCL Matt captured in the image below (via NeoGAF).
According to reports, when the tab was operational, you could choose "Select Retailer" for the Crash version, but only the PlayStation 4 edition was available. This might suggest that whatever the Crash-related news is, it might be exclusive to the PS4 version of Imaginators.
Recently, Sony confirmed that the Crash Bandicoot rights remained with Activision, while Sony said it was "certainly aware" of the fan demand for a new Crash game.
Before that, Activision said in 2013 that it "continue[s] to explore ways in which we could bring the beloved series back to life," though nothing has been announced.
The latest title to bear Crash's name was mobile game Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart 2 in 2010.
Skylanders Imaginators launches later this year for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U. For more, check out GameSpot's preview, in which we said the game is like "Diablo for kids."

Wouldn't surprise me that Crash turns out to be a disappointment.
